Mahyudin Al Mudra SH., MM., is the founder and the head of the Center for Research and Development of Malay Culture and likewise, the director of MelayuOnline.com. MelayuOnline.com represents his deep love to Malay culture; a never ending love to Malay culture that never fades even though he lives amongst the hegemony of Javanese civilization in Yogyakarta.

Mahyudin was born in Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir District, Riau Province on July 4th, 1958. His undergraduate study was gained in Islamic University of Indonesia before succeeding his master on Management in the same university. Once he got scholarship for three-month short course in New York, Washington, Baltimore, and Virginia from the United States Information Agency (USIA). Besides, he had also reached a study on philosophy from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, before undertaking graduate programme on cultural Anthropology in the same university.

Mahyudin who loves travelling and reading has made some visits to Asian and European countries. His visits to Netherlands, Germany, Brussels, and France inspired him to promote the enchantment of Malay countries through an unlimited medium called internet. Therefore, he initiated to establish MalayTourism.com, MelayuOnline.com, and RajaAliHaji.com, and occupy the position as the director of those three cyber portals.

While he is still actively in charge to Malay cultural preservation by establishing BKPBM, likewise he also manages Adicita Group publisher. His concern on the book publishing led him to accept some prestigious awards addressed to him. Some of them are IKAPI Award for five years in row and KEHATI Award from Indonesian President of Megawati Soekarno Putri. On November 2003, he was awarded for Sagang Award in Pekanbaru City for his serious immersion in Malay cultural preservation and development by publishing numerous Malay books. In addition, Anugerah Kebudayaan had also been awarded to him by the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia, Jero Wacik.

Yuhastina Sinaro, SST.Par., This beautiful girl usually called ‘Naina,’ chooses a mainstream on tourism studies as she is the one who loves travelling. When she settled Bali, she used to spend her days enjoying the fresh air of Kuta Beach in the morning while jogging along the beach. Besides, she had ever been in Malaysia and Singapore for working and travelling. As she settled in those countries, she begins to love canai/prata cake, nasi lemak, cempedak goreng, and the most favourite one, tarik tea. Together with MelayuOnline.com and MalayTourism.com, her dream to visit Brunei Darussalam came true, and her dream about travelling around the world opens widely now.

Bartholomeus W. A. B. is a casual-fashioned boy who is designated as the administrator of MalayTourism.com. He loves spending his time to visit the number of enchanted and tranquil beaches when he gets tired. Spending a few minutes in his favourite beach – Kuta Beach in Bali – can refresh his mind for a new spirit of the next day when he must grapple with the uploading process on MalayTourism.com. “I love Kuta Beach for its distinctive features that cannot be found in other beaches,” he said.

Iswara N. Raditya, was born in Yogyakarta on March 1984. Precisely 25 years later, he joined with WisataMelayu.com as the redactor. He loves culinary tourism, but avoids spicy food. His favorite food is lamb satay. He also loves spending his time to visit museums and historical tourism objects in Yogyakarta and its surrounding. The man who likes to write in the silence still registered as a student in History major of Yogyakarta State University.
